OUR founder

Our Founder, Louie Ong, is a thought leader and an expert in Customer Experience (CX) and Business Insights, with over 14 years of extensive experiences in insights development, focusing on consumer, sales and marketing strategies, across a number of leading national and international organisations across multiple industries. Previously from Sydney NSW, Louie is now based on the Gold Coast, sunny Queensland. Louie is passionate about embedding data-driven culture at every touch point in the business, and promoting customer centricity into its very DNA. His strategic vision promotes improved operational efficiencies, increased customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes, through up-to-date technologies. Louie has successfully helped businesses win Customer Service Excellence Awards for 3 consecutive years, achieve customer satisfaction ratings at a record high, and improve sales upgrades conversion from customer loyalty.
